PT, CSCS
Registered Physiotherapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Vestibular Physiotherapist, Concussion Rehabilitation Consultant
I completed my Master of Physical Therapy at Western University after earning my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University. Before becoming a Physiotherapist, I worked as a Personal Trainer and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, widely regarded as the gold standard certification for professionals who train athletes to enhance sports performance, reduce injury risk, and optimize physical capabilities. In addition, I have completed advanced training in acupuncture and dry needling, concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation, and manual therapy and spinal manipulation through the Orthopaedic Division.
My clinical interests include working with strength athletes, runners, individuals returning to sport, and those recovering from concussions or vestibular conditions. Whether it is a desk worker looking to move better and reduce pain or a high-level athlete aiming to optimize performance, I value working with a diverse range of clients and tailoring treatment to their unique goals.
With a background that combines physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, and personal training, I understand the demands of both rehabilitation and performance. I am passionate about empowering individuals to live healthier, more active lives by helping them recover from injury, build strength, improve movement, and confidently return to the activities they enjoy.
My treatment approach combines hands-on therapy, acupuncture and dry needling, individualized exercise prescription, and patient education to create personalized care plans that address each person’s goals. I strive to help every client feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their recovery journey.
Outside the clinic, I like to spend my time being active either it be running, working out, or shooting some hoops, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
