A structured, performance-based pathway designed to safely return elite level athletes to training and competition with confidence — not guesswork.

Who This Program Is For:

  • Athletes stuck at 80–90% and afraid of re-injury
  • Team-sport and individual-sport athletes

Specific Streams built for:

🏀 Basketball
  • Explosive Power & Landing Control: Vertical jump, single-leg hop, deceleration and cutting mechanics.
  • Knee & Ankle Load Tolerance: Strength symmetry, reactive stability, and fatigue response.
  • Change of Direction & Agility: Game-speed lateral movement and defensive transitions.
  • Confidence Under Load: Can you perform at full speed without hesitation?
⚽ Soccer
  • Sprint & Acceleration Capacity: Linear speed, repeated sprint ability, and deceleration control.
  • Groin, Hamstring & Hip Strength: High-risk muscle groups tested for power and endurance.
  • Cutting & Pivot Mechanics: Knee control during change of direction and tackling.
  • Match-Intensity Simulation: Can your body tolerate the demands of 90 minutes?
🎾 Tennis & Racquet Sports
  • Rotational Power & Core Control: Trunk strength and explosive rotational capacity.
  • Shoulder & Elbow Load Tolerance: Serving mechanics, endurance, and overhead capacity.
  • Lateral Movement & Quick Direction Changes: Court coverage, split-step timing, and deceleration control.
  • Repeated Effort Endurance: Can you sustain high-speed rallies without breakdown?
🏒 Hockey
  • Lower Body Power & Edge Control: Single-leg strength, skating mechanics, and lateral push-off power.
  • Groin & Hip Stability: Key injury areas tested for strength and fatigue tolerance.
  • Contact Readiness & Stability: Balance, trunk control, and body-check preparedness.
  • Shift Simulation Capacity: Can you repeat high-intensity efforts shift after shift?
⚾🏏 Baseball / Cricket
  • Role-Specific Load Tolerance: Bowler/pitcher, batter, catcher/wicketkeeper or all-rounder demands.
  • Rotational Strength & Lumbar Control: Thoracic mobility and trunk stability under high rotational forces.
  • Shoulder & Throwing Capacity: Pitching, fielding and throwing mechanics, overhead strength, and fatigue resistance.
  • Sprint & Fielding Deceleration: Acceleration, cutting, and reactive movement under load.

Why Traditional Rehab Falls Short

Pain-free does not mean game-ready. Session to session rehab is a guessing game. As a result, most athletes are not aware of the guidelines required to complete their rehab plans. Re-injuries occur in the first 3 months after return because athletes are cleared without objective testing, sport-specific load exposure, or fatigue tolerance.

The Foundation Difference

Our Return to Sport Program uses objective benchmarks, progressive sport-specific rehabilitation, and clear decision-making to ensure athletes return stronger, faster, and more confident.
