Uninsured or Limited Extended Health Benefits?
At Foundation Physiotherapy and Wellness, we want you to be able to commit to your health and longevity without barriers. As insurance plans start putting restrictions and limitations on coverage, it may become difficult for patients to commit to effective physiotherapy plans.
To help our patients commit to their recovery, we have launched our Packaged Pricing Program: purchase your treatment plan up front, at a discount! This program applies to physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage and/or a combination of all three.
You will be purchasing credit for an agreed number of sessions at a reduced rate. Invoices are issued following your session, against the credit. A consent form lining out the details must be authorized upon purchase.
How does it work?
- For example, during your initial assessment, your physiotherapist determines you will need 12 sessions over 16 weeks (4 months). Normal pricing of 12 sessions is $1200 (sample pricing only).
- In the absence of extended health coverage, A 10% discount is approved for a total price of $1080 for the 12 sessions.
- You will pay up front to purchase $1200 worth of physiotherapy credit for $1080.
- You will attend weekly or as prescribed by your physio.
- If you require more sessions, another plan can be arranged. Shall you no longer require the prescribed sessions, credits can be transferred to another service.
