Uninsured or Limited Extended Health Benefits?
At Foundation Physiotherapy and Wellness, we want you to be able to commit to your health and longevity without barriers. As insurance plans start putting restrictions and limitations on coverage, it becomes difficult for people to start committing to long term physiotherapy plans.
To help grow our client base, we have launched our Packaged Pricing Program – purchase a set amount of sessions at a discount and pay monthly! This program applies to physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage and/or a combination of all three.
NOTE: This program is intended to be utilized only if there is no extended health coverage for the intended service OR upon the completion of extended health coverage of the intended service.
You will be purchasing credit for an agreed number of sessions at a reduced rate. The invoices issued are for a package, and not per service.
How does it work?
- For example, during your initial assessment, your physiotherapist determines you will need 12 sessions over 16 weeks (4 months). Normal pricing of 12 sessions is $1200.
- In the absence of extended health coverage, A 10% discount is approved for a total price of $1080 for the 12 sessions.
- You will be purchasing $1200 worth of physiotherapy credit for $1080.
- A payment plan will be arranged with you and the Clinic to pay down the $1080 over the term of the treatment plan (i.e 4 months).
- You will attend weekly or as prescribed by your physio. Each month, on an agreed upon date, the clinic will bill you $270 ($1080 divided by 4). Credit card payments only.
- If you require more sessions, another plan can be arranged.
- Unfortunately, this plan does not allow for flexibility to switch between associates, seniors and lead associates as their rates are tied to the packaged pricing. Plans must be structured and adhered to.
