I am a physiotherapist with experience in concussion management and musculoskeletal injuries. Raised in Ottawa, Ontario, and having lived internationally in Indonesia and Spain, my multicultural upbringing has provided me with a unique perspective on healthcare and an appreciation for diverse patient needs.

My journey in physiotherapy began with my undergraduate studies at Queen’s University followed shortly by my Masters degree in Physiotherapy from McMaster University. During my time at university, I was involved in sideline and clinical work with university athletes and focused on treating concussions and other sports-related injuries.

After university I moved to Kelowna after hearing about all the amazing outdoor activities that the Okanagan has to offer. I worked there for 3 years, primarily at a concussion physiotherapy clinic, before returning to my home province of Ontario. Beyond the clinic, I lead an active lifestyle and enjoy playing basketball and love the outdoors whether I am jogging, hiking, or biking.

I am dedicated to helping each patient on their path to recovery and return to optimal function. I primarily utilize an exercise based and hands-on approach to care.
