Resident Physiotherapist

Location: Corktown

Hi, my name is Nicole, and I’m a Physiotherapy Resident working at Foundation’s Corktown location! I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University and went on to earn my Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto.

I have a strong interest in sports rehabilitation and orthopaedics. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals from high-level athletes to post-operative patients, which has strengthened my passion for helping people feel their best and get back to the activities they enjoy.

My approach to care is goal-oriented and client-centered. I believe in involving each client as an active member of their rehabilitation team. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that is individualized to your goals and lifestyle. My sessions often include a combination of exercise therapy, manual therapy, and education to promote full recovery and prevent future injury.

In the future I will be working towards additional certifications in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, acupuncture, and Sport Physiotherapy to continue growing my practice and better serve my clients.
Outside of the clinic, you can find me cheering on the Leafs, spending time with my family and friends, or trying new restaurants around the city.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your goals!
