Compensation & Growth Potential
- Aim to earn $100,000+ annually (Full-time: 35 available hours, 80% booked, 80% retention)
- Compensation starting at $75 per client hour
- Base hourly and base + commission models available during caseload build
- Up to $1,500 per quarter in performance bonuses
- Guaranteed yearly compensation increases*

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Registered member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)
- Minimum 1–2 years of private outpatient experience preferred
- Pelvic Health applicants must have completed or be registered in Pelvic Health Solutions Level 1
Skills:
- Strong manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education skills
- Excellent caseload management and retention abilities
- Interest in brand building, community engagement, and customer experience
- Resilience, self-reflection, and commitment to personal growth
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct physiotherapy care as a primary care provider
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop effective treatment plans
- Deliver an exceptional clinical and customer service experience
- Build and maintain a loyal, engaged caseload
- Recognize and initiate appropriate referrals
- Support patient adherence to treatment plans
- Participate in marketing and promotion of Foundation services
- Liaise with clients, administrative staff, and clinic leadership
- Attend and participate in professional development opportunities
