This role offers a structured career pathway designed to support professional growth from Associate to Senior Associate to Lead Associate. With a strong mentoring and onboarding system, our clinicians receive the guidance and resources needed to deliver high-quality care across all locations.
Compensation: Based on full-time employee status, compensation is equivalent to $100,000 to $120,000+ annually. Compensation begins with a base wage plus commission per patient hour and progresses to a competitive commission model with additional bonuses based on billings and overall clinic success.
Availability: Candidates must be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week at the start date. The role will transition into a full-time position within 6–12 months, including approximately 32 hours of patient care and 6–8 hours dedicated to management responsibilities.

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Registered member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working in a private practice physiotherapy setting.
Skills:
- Strong ability to integrate manual therapy, exercise prescription, patient education, and coaching into treatment plans.
- Excellent patient relationship management and retention skills.
- Interest in brand building, customer service, and community engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage physiotherapy patients to deliver measurable clinical outcomes.

- Confidently manage physiotherapy scheduling and patient flow.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient referrals.
