Hola! My name is Wendy, and I’m the Operations Lead at Foundation Physiotherapy & Wellness. I have a background in social work with experience in community health settings, advocacy, and public policy. Throughout the years, I have been involved in various initiatives that have deeply shaped my commitment to equity, inclusion, and creating supportive systems.
I have since earned my payroll certification and transitioned into Operations and HR, blending my community-rooted experience with practical skills that help teams run smoothly. My goal is to take care of the details, so the team can focus on what they do best – providing quality care.
In my spare time, I enjoy taking pole fitness and aerial silks classes. I also love to travel and explore my creative side through drawing and painting.
