Based at our modern Etobicoke clinics in Royal York and Lakeshore, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in delivering the exceptional service experience our clinics are known for across Toronto.

Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Education: high school
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or similar industries
- Experience with billing, invoicing, collections, or financial reconciliation is considered an asset
- Strong written and email communication skills
- Flexible availability for morning shifts, evening shifts, and Saturdays

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional in-person and telephone customer service
- Manage bookings, inquiries, payments, and front desk operations
- Process billing, invoicing, collections, and payment reconciliation
- Maintain and monitor accounts receivable
- Prepare and submit weekly clinic performance reports
- Provide direct administrative and billing support to the Clinic Director
- Lead, train, and oversee members of the client experience team
- Educate clients about physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic services, and wellness products
- Assist with in-clinic marketing initiatives and promotions
- Complete additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
