Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 annually, with first-year earning potential based on a 34-hour full-time schedule at 80% booking capacity.

Education: associate degree

Qualifications:

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Ability to treat a minimum of 6 hours per day, including three consecutive clients followed by a break

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat clients with orthopedic, post-operative, and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver an outstanding clinical and customer service experience
  • Build and maintain a loyal caseload of engaged, health-conscious clients
