Hi, I’m Cindy! I completed my master’s degree in Physiotherapy from U of T after finishing my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University.
I’ve personally experienced the transformative power of an active lifestyle, from summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro to conquering the streets of the Chicago Marathon. These incredible journeys deepened my appreciation for the resilience of the human body, and fuelled my desire to pursue a career in physiotherapy.
In my practice, I take a holistic approach to create a personalized treatment plan addressing the root of your challenges—not just the symptoms. My approach combines manual therapy techniques (acupuncture/dry needling, joint mobilizations, myofascial release), education, and strength and mobility exercises to help you achieve your goals. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, seeking to improve your performance, or aiming to lead a pain-free life, I’m here to support you every step of the way!
As a triathlete myself, I have a special interest in working with triathletes and cyclists. I’m keen to combine my physiotherapy knowledge with my expertise as a professional bike fitter (BikeFit Canada Road Bike Level 1) to help you achieve your goals on the bike, whether it be increasing comfort, reducing pain, improving performance, or all 3!
Outside of Foundation, you’ll find me training for my next triathlon, at the climbing gym, or searching for the best matcha latte in the city!
