Registered Physiotherapist
I’m a registered physiotherapist and lifelong athlete who brings a dynamic and personalized approach to rehabilitation. I hold a Master of Physical Therapy and an Honours degree in Biological and Medical Sciences (Physiology) from Western University. My academic background is complemented by personal experience—having overcome my own sports injuries through dedicated rehab, I understand the journey firsthand.
My treatment philosophy is rooted in evidence-based care, with a strong emphasis on patient education, manual therapy, and exercise prescription. My goal is to help you return to the activities you love—pain-free and stronger than before.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and have pursued advanced training in NeuroKinetic Therapy, Active Release Therapy, Anatomy in Motion, Exercise Therapy, and the Mulligan Concept, among others. I am also currently pursuing further education in performance therapy and training.
Outside the clinic, I stay active through volleyball, tennis, boxing, and Olympic weightlifting—my favorite lift being the snatch, for its blend of speed, strength, flexibility, and technique. I have also coached at the provincial level with Venom Volleyball Club and Bounce Volleyball Club, and I volunteer as an assistant coach at local schools and clubs.
I look forward to helping you reach your rehabilitation goals at Foundation Physio with expert care and unwavering support.
