PT
Physiotherapist, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, Dance Rehab Consultant, Strength and Conditioning Consultant
Hi, I’m Gabrielle, a Registered Physiotherapist at Foundation Physiotherapy’s Cityplace clinic. I completed both my Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Master’s in Physiotherapy at McGill University.
My passion for physiotherapy began as a young gymnast. Having experienced chronic pain and frequent sport-related injuries, I developed a strong appreciation for movement as a tool for both recovery and performance.
I have a special interest in women’s health, as well as dance and circus rehabilitation. Over the past two years, I’ve worked in partnership with L’École supérieure de ballet de Montréal and various dance groups across Montreal, developing experience in treating dance-related injuries and movement demands. I’ve also completed specialized training in women’s pelvic health, including courses focused on urinary incontinence and pelvic pain through Uro-Santé in Quebec.
My approach combines hands-on manual therapy, education, and personalized, progressive exercise. I aim to help each patient better understand their pain and leave with practical tools to manage it. I value strong therapist-patient collaboration and use evidence-based care alongside each patient’s goals to create an individualized treatment plan.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy strength training, dance fitness classes, and crochet. I’m also fluent in French and offer physiotherapy care in both French and English.
