Hello, I’m Julia! I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Humber Polytechnic, where I developed strong foundational skills and gained valuable experience working with diverse populations, including pregnant individuals, infants, children, athletes, those in palliative or long-term care, and individuals with neurological or complex care needs.
I’ve played softball at both competitive and collegiate levels for many years. This sport is one of the main reasons I was drawn to massage therapy—it helped me recover from injuries and stay active. I’m passionate about supporting individuals in sports, especially fellow softball and baseball players.
My top priority is to create a welcoming and supportive environment tailored to each patient’s unique needs. My treatments incorporate a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage and deep tissue therapy, to promote healing and relieve pain.
