Move Better. Get Stronger. Fuel your Pilates Experience from Home.
Our Group Pilates Physiotherapy Program combines the precision of physiotherapy with the strength and control of Pilates — delivered in a small-group online format led by a registered physiotherapist.
This program is ideal for people who want to:
- Improve core strength
- Reduce back or neck pain
- Improve posture and movement control
- Return to exercise safely
- Build long-term resilience and injury prevention
Unlike typical online fitness classes, this program starts with an individual physiotherapy assessment to ensure your exercises are appropriate for your body and goals.
