Education: high school
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience in gym/fitness, retail, hospitality, or similar environments
- Experience with billing, invoicing, collections, or financial reconciliation is considered an asset
- Strong written and email communication skills
- Flexible availability for morning shifts (starting at 7:50 AM), evening shifts (until 8:10 PM), and Saturdays

- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional in-person and telephone client service
- Manage bookings, inquiries, payments, and front desk operations
- Process billing, invoicing, collections, and payment reconciliation
- Maintain and manage accounts receivable
- Prepare and submit weekly clinic performance reports
- Provide direct administrative and billing support to the Clinic Director
- Lead, train, and oversee the client experience team
- Promote and educate clients on physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic services, and wellness products
- Assist with onsite marketing initiatives and company promotions
- Complete additional administrative duties as assigned
