I am a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of massage therapy and have over 10 years of experience in fitness and strength training. I have worked with a variety of clients including athletes, seniors, and individuals with neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis. As a massage therapist, I focus on manual lymphatic drainage, postural realignment, myofascial release, and Swedish massage.

As a trainer, I have experience coaching a variety of sports, ranging from swimming to kickboxing. Additionally, I specialize in weight lifting, mobility, and rehabilitation.
